Deva

Deva DeAngelis is the founder of Browsing for Bridges, a non-profit created to support educational opportunities that address real needs within communities and the environment. The name was chosen to represent the belief that the solutions already exist; we need only to identify them.

Deva is a soil scientist, educator and workshop facilitator. She guides interactive group experiences exploring confrontational ecological issues, including the science of climate change, how global issues impact local communities, and the impact local communities have on larger global issues.

She also works on the scale of personal growth and integrated relationships. Having traversed deep soul work, she helps guide others in identifying the balanced place that results after lighting up blind spots, investigating childhood trauma, and unwinding generational patterns and societal conditioning. The parent-child relationship lends itself as a lens to identify personal work and translates into becoming a more compassionate, insightful, and skillful human.

Born and raised in Colorado, Deva’s appreciation of the outdoors inspires her work to insure it is here for future generations. Her study of meditative practices helps her to relate with people from all different backgrounds and areas of expertise.

Currently residing in Boulder, CO. Deva is the mother of a daughter studying integrated medicine, continuing a family tradition in community involvement.
